Provider and approach
File Maple Hub consultants facilitate workshops and produce the written artefacts. We work in English; Mandarin interpretation for stakeholder briefings can be arranged when needed. Sessions can be remote or held near our Kaohsiung office.
Process
- Scoping call — confirm estate boundaries, success criteria, and constraints.
- Discovery — interviews and document review over one to two weeks.
- Workshops — typically three half-day sessions: inventory validation, target design, wave and cutover design.
- Delivery — draft pack, feedback, final pack, and sponsor briefing.
Duration and timing
Most estates of a few dozen workloads fit a four-to-eight-week window. Larger multi-region estates may need a longer discovery phase, quoted separately.
Preparation
Please share architecture diagrams, a current inventory export if available, known compliance constraints, and release blackout dates before discovery begins.
Pricing basis
Fixed advisory fee scaled by number of in-scope applications and regions. Starting reference rates appear on our Rates page; we confirm a quote after the scoping call.
