Why we exist
File Maple Hub started when a handful of Kaohsiung engineers kept being asked the same question after hours: can we move this estate without losing a quarter of releases? The firm exists to answer that question in writing, with enough detail that sponsors and operators share the same picture.
What we bring
Our consultants have spent years operating hybrid estates — colo halls along Taiwan’s west coast, regional cloud accounts, and the awkward middle where identity and networking never quite match the slide deck. We are not a reseller. We do not earn commissions on cloud spend. Advisory fees are the product.
How we work with clients
We prefer short, intense engagements over open-ended retainers. Workshops are time-boxed. Artefacts have owners. Disagreements are logged, not smoothed over. If a migration should wait, we say so — even when that means a smaller invoice.
Place
Our office is in Kaohsiung. Much of the work is remote across Taiwan and nearby time zones. On-site sessions are available when whiteboards and rack tours beat video calls.
